Additional Drivers

In Miami airport follow the pink arrows to the Rental Car Center. In the airport take the train to take you to the rental car building. When you get there, walk to the main entrance and wait for the shuttle in bus stop #5. If you can call for the shuttle dial 1-786-233-6181.

An additional driver is a person authorized to drive the rental vehicle in addition to the main Driver. All additional drivers must qualify with respect to age and license. Additional driver fee for extra driver is $35 per additional driver per contract, unless it is already included in the rental plan. The names of all additional drivers must be added to the contract at the time the vehicle is picked up or at any time during the rental period at one of our offices of The main driver and two additional driver must be present.

AGE

The minimum age for renting a vehicle in the United States is 21 years. However, there is an additional charge of $ 25.00 per day for drivers under the age of 25 (A deposit of $ 250 will be required for drivers under 25 years)| Maximun age to rent with us is 65 years old.

Cross Border

Our cars cannot be taken out of Florida State.

DEBIT CARDS

We do not accept Debit cards.

DEPOSIT RULES

We only require $250 deposit if you are older than 21 years old and younger than 25 years old.

EARLY RETURN

We do not refund any amount if you return the car earlier than the date and time specified in your original rental agreement.

EQUIPMENT

We offer child seats as an optional service for an average price of $ 7.00 p / day (plus applicable taxes). The child seats may be requested at the time the reservation request is submitted or directly at the counter when you pick up the vehicle.

Fuel

The customer is offered the option to prepay for the first tank of fuel or fill the tank before returning the car. If the client does not prepay for the first tank and do not fill the tank to return, will be charged the cost of fuel plus a fee for the service supply.

MILEAGE

Our rates are unlimited mileage. (Except Florida residents, they will have 50 miles per day)

ONE-WAY

One way is not allowed. Car must be retuned at the same location where it was picked up.

Payment

All car rental bookings must be paid totally when picking up the vehicle. We accept VISA, MASTER, DINNER, DISCOVER. We do not accept American Express. Cash payment is accepted but a major credit card must be presented to the agent. We do not accept Debit cards.

PREPAID RESERVATIONS

Prepaid reservations on our website will be valid for the date reserved. In case of no show or cancellations we have a $35 fee of administrative fee. In order to get your refund you must email us to reserve@acorentacar.com

REFUNDS-EARLY RETURNS

There will be no refunds for returning the vehicle before the return date
